TITLE: Procurement Training Consultant
DEPARTMENT: Administration and Finance
SUPERVISOR: Vice President, Division of Administration and Finance
SSTA APPROVER: Vice President, Division of Administration and Finance
SCHEDULE: up to 2 days a week between 8am-4:30pm as needed
General Statement of Duties: Provide transitional support to newly hired procurement staff
Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding Orientation and training -
a. including to Colleague, Perceptive, and other system operations,
b. Procurement and Contracting business operations and procedures,
c. contract review standards,
d. business process workflows and responsibilities
2. Performs other related duties as assigned/agreed.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
1. Prior experience with supervising procurement operations at Worcester State University
2. Working knowledge of Ellucian Colleague Procurement system
3. Fluency with Commonwealth Standard Contracts, including terms and conditions, and associated contract risk management considerations
