The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst is a position that requires years of proven superior experience within the Accounts Receivable and Credit Department and functions as a lead member of the Accounts Receivable team. The position requires demonstrated expertise in all areas of credit for assigned customers and will include investigating and resolving customer receivables issues. This role will specialize in a portfolio of strategic accounts, customers that pay through payment portals and working directly with the Executive and Sales Teams to find synergies within Buying Groups.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages the larger portfolio including HTL strategic accounts
- Has the responsibility of working with multiple DSDs & RVPs to resolve risk, disputes and/or help build synergies to improve overall customer experiences
- Specialize in customers with unique payment methods including common and unique payment portals
- Review existing and set-up new ACH Payment Pulls and back-up the Pull Process
- Set-Up users within various systems such as D&B, Goldmine, BillTrust, etc.,
- Oversee Welcome Packet dispersion and Intro to AR training for new Sales Team Members
- Be primary ARA participant in Billtrust Training, Development and Process Improvement
- All essential duties of the Accounts Receivable Analyst role

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of proven, excellent Accounts Receivable Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Including Office 365
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow and develop
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic understanding of finance, bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Strong organizational skills, attentive to detail, accurate and efficient
