What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at @WORK Personnel Services?
Job summary: Machine, operators, control, and operate machines and equipment that are used in the manufacturing and packaging of single use swabs. Machine operators. Load raw materials onto machines and monitors the production process. While the machine is in operation, the operator monitors it closely to detect any signs of malfunctioning that may affect the quality of work or finished products. Machine operators also inspect all finished goods, ensuring the products me all product quality in packing standards.
Schedule : Monday-Thursday.
2nd 3:30 pm to 1:30am
Pay Rate: Starting at $18.05/hr Nights
Responsibilities:
-Machine Setup: Ensuring that machines are properly configured for the specific task they are about to perform, including adjusting settings, loading materials.
-Follow production requirements as outlined
-Complete all required manufacturing paperwork correctly and on time
-Maintain a safe and clean workspace
Key Skills Required:
-Good documentation, writing and communication skills
-Able to perform repetitive task
-Basic mathematic
Physical Requirements:
-Occasionally lift 50 LBS
-Must be able and willing to pass a physical
-Must be able to use finger to grasp, move or assemble very small objects
