Work Plus is seeking passionate, energetic, individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. Position requires working with adults with disabilities in a variety of community employment settings. Assistance would include systematic instruction, supervision and support at community employment and volunteer sites. Travel with vehicle to multiple job sites and volunteer sites throughout the day is required. Physical job, requires pushing, pulling. lifting, bending and standing on your feet during the course of a day. This is not an office or desk job, requires ability to handle schedule changes. Primary schedule needs are between the hours of 7:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, no weekends. Excellent benefit package with full time position. Full benefits with full time position of 32 hours or more per week. Includes Health, Dental, LTD, Life Insurance. Paid PTO and Holidays. Mileage reimbursement. Valid Wisconsin Driver's License, reliable vehicle and auto insurance required. Pre-employment background check required. EOE
