Store Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in retail sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring that our store operates efficiently while maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Supervise daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store maintenance.
• Train and develop staff members, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding pricing and promotions.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and product availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Experience

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the retail industry is preferred.
• Strong background in retail sales with proven success in achieving sales goals.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this is a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
