Work Wear Safety Shoes has been in the business of providing safety footwear to customers for over 40 years. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self starter, who is as fanatic as we are about providing our customers with the best possible experience every time!!

This is a position that requires individuals who have a passion for health and wellness. Who have an enact ability to hear a customer's needs and establish the best fit. The right candidate will have to have a “roll up” your sleeves approach to working. They will need to truly own the position. Our stores are staffed with 3 or fewer therefore you will be working the store by themselves without the help of store associates. The ideal assistant store manager with the direction of the store manager will empower its employees and challenge the staff to exceed expectations.

At Work Wear you will be trained on a variety of safety footwear and how the correct fit can help an employees overall health and wellness. Therefore the perfect candidate will need to be able to take what they learn and communicate it clearly for our customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
