We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within your territory.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a territory management role.
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in inside sales or retail sales is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation and managing the sales process from start to finish.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
