What You’ll Do as Our CSR:
- Answer incoming calls promptly, ensuring all calls are answered before the third ring and booked efficiently.
- Conduct follow-up calls for lead services and customer messages, adding detailed notes to the software system.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on Podium, adding notes as necessary.
- Follow up on estimates provided to customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Collaborate with the Dispatcher to manage the dispatch board and optimize scheduling.
- Respond to customer emails or notify the appropriate team member to ensure timely responses.
- File claims for warranty calls with warranty providers, ensuring proper documentation.
To Be a Successful CSR, You’ll Need:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in customer service; residential home service experience a plus!
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to manage tasks effectively.
- Experience with customer service software or similar tools is preferred.
- A positive and teachable attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
