What You’ll Do:
Manage and optimize technician schedules, ensuring efficient routing and timely service delivery.
Dispatch technicians to job sites, considering their skills and expertise.
Debrief technicians after service calls, gathering information and updating records.
Handle customer inquiries, including invoice questions and complaints, with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
Coordinate permits and inspections, ensuring schedules are accurate and up-to-date.
Track estimates, follow up on submitted proposals, and ensure completed jobs are properly documented.
Answer phones and book service calls as needed.
Manage pricing objections and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
Experience in the home services or skilled trades industry is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using field service management software.
A positive and teachable attitude.
What They Offer:
Competitive salary: $15.86 - $21.63/hour DOE
Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
