The Role of The Dispatcher
A Dispatch Service Representative (DSR) is a communication hub in the company that bridges the gap between office and field. They work very closely with our Service Managers to accomplish the goal of driving sales and selling hours. The dispatcher’s job is to “maximize opportunity” primarily by getting the right tech to the right call. The dispatcher is the heartbeat of our company!
Key Sub Tasks
- Ensure a quality client experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
- Record and report service calls.
- Participate in trainings in order to grow and develop as a professional.
- Update clients throughout the day on the technicians' progress.

- Ability to multitask and stay calm in stressful situations

- Must be able to work from 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Flexibility for on call rotation schedule

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
