Typical Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

What You’ll Do as our Dispatcher:
- Receive and dispatch service calls for residential and commercial jobs.
- Manage and optimize technician schedules for efficient routing and timely service delivery.
- Dispatch technicians to job sites, considering skills and expertise, while maintaining frequent communication with them.
- Ensure job tickets are properly closed out with accurate and timely updates.
- Debrief technicians after service calls, gathering key information for records.
- Address customer inquiries, including complaints and invoice questions, with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
- Coordinate permits and inspections, ensuring schedules are accurate and up-to-date.
- Track estimates, follow up on submitted proposals, and ensure completed jobs are fully documented.
- Handle pricing objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Book service calls and assist with answering phones as needed.
Requirements for the Dispatcher:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching for small to medium-sized contractors, particularly in HVAC, plumbing, or similar trades
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer service software preferred.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
