Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and preferences.
- Educate customers on HVAC systems, products, and services.
- Develop and present customized proposals.
- Close sales and achieve/exceed revenue targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and installation process.
- Build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Handle customer objections and concerns effectively.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate actively in training exercises and meetings.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in the HVAC trade (preferred).
- Proven sales background with experience in one-call close sales and financing options.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a smartphone and tablet.
- Willingness to travel out of town for up to two weeks at a time.
- Physical ability to perform the job duties, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
- Ability to pass random drug testing.
