Journeyman Plumber - Weymouth and South Shores, MA

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential settings.
Install and maintain plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.
Manage time and resources effectively to complete jobs efficiently.
Adhere to all safety standards and plumbing codes.
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing emergencies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Participate in company-sponsored training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Valid Journeyman Plumber license in Massachusetts.
Extensive experience in residential plumbing service and repair.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of plumbing systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Experience with Service Titan software is a plus.
