OVERVIEW OF THE PERMIT EXPEDITOR POSITION
A permit expediter is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits required by local or state agencies for the projects involving our home services. The expediter will work with government agencies, internal team members, and contractors to ensure that all necessary permits are obtained before work begins.

- Competitive Pay that ranges from $42,000 - $50,000 Annually ($21 - $25 per Hour)
WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A PERMIT EXPEDITOR:
- Review the project plans and specifications to determine what permits are needed.
- Research the local and state regulations to understand the permitting process and requirements.
- Expedite permits from local government agencies
- Prepare and submit permit applications to the appropriate agencies.
- Prepare, submit, and monitor various filed permits
- Follow up with agencies to ensure that the permits are issued in a timely manner.
- Serve as a liaison between local agencies and our Install department team
- Address any issues that arise during the permitting process, such as additional information or changes to the plans.
- Deliver and obtain time-sensitive documents for various installations on time
- Coordinate with the plumbing company's project managers and field staff to ensure that all necessary permits are in place before work begins.
