Job Description: Join our location and help lead the next stage of growth for our company. We are looking for a District Manager to help us drive our brick & mortar, B2B and ecommerce strategies and channels forward for Work World. A successful DM will be a hands-on and results-oriented leader with excellent interpersonal skills.What You’ll be Doing:
- Collaboration with Director of Operations and Work World’s Senior Leadership Team to drive the success of the businesses.
- Recruiting, training and disciplining store manager
- Ensuring operational efficiency in each store.
- Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
- Promoting store KSI goals and revenue plan achievement.
- Ensuring that the stores under their supervision adhere to company and industry regulations.
- Ensuring that all stores meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure each store operates within company budgets.
- Addressing operational problems that arise.
- Address all customer complaints
- Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and tagged correctly.
- Oversee stores annual inventories.
- Coordinate and participate in new store builds.
- Making recommendations to senior management regarding staffing, inventory and company initiatives.
- Model, foster and ensure a consumer centric mindset consistently within all stores, including:
- Model selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers
- Business to Business lead gathering and account maintenance and interactions
- Focus on footwear & softgood sales processes, including system selling, bundling of items, and sales strategies to maximize units per transaction.
- SPIFF program and commissions program development and oversight
- 5 years in retail management.
- Quantitative aptitude and experience managing budgets.
- Leadership and decision-making ability.
