Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update office records and documentation
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency
  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management
  • Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Oversee the office environment and manage maintenance issues

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is advantageous
  • 3 years of administrative or office management experience
  • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
