Lube Technician Role at Workforce Connections
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team at Workforce Connections. As a member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing lubrication services and installations in a safe, accurate, and timely manner. You will also be involved in training and supervising subordinates, ensuring service completion, and guest vehicle safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Perform all lubrication services and cashier duties.
- Follow International Service Standards procedures.
- Train and supervise subordinates.
- Assist guests with service complaints.
- Ensure service completion and guest vehicle safety.
- Enforce employee safety procedures.
- Complete computer-based training classes.
- Comply with code of ethics.
- Report to work on time.
- Follow supervisor directions.
- Interact effectively with coworkers.
- Understand and follow work rules and procedures.
- Accept constructive criticism.
- Lead and supervise others.
- Drive motor vehicles with a valid driver's license.
- Clean facilities, tools, and equipment.
