- Manage Departmental Budgets for the 22 music department indexes
- Ensure department is in full compliance with all financial and inventory policies
- Handle all financial correspondence and paperwork
- Liaise with the budget office, students accounts, inventory compliance, with regard to Departmental Finances
- Maintain all Music Department financial records both paper and electronic
- Keep the Chair informed of all financial dealings

Payroll - Approve all student worker timesheets both manually and in Self-Service
Back-up for Administrative Specialist when out of office
