Front Office Coordinator in Conway, AR. Position will grow into a Recruiter/Inside Sales role. The work schedule is Monday-Friday 7:45 am to 5:00 pm. . Pay will be $16/hr and up based on experience, plus commission.

- Managing inbound and outbound calls on up to 4 lines
- Assisting walk in traffic
- Review online applications
- Accurately screening and entering data
- Processing paperwork with accuracy and urgency
- Prioritizing tasks effectively
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to problem solve
- Must be able to work Independently
- Entrepreneurial spirit and forward thinking
- Have previous experience in a fast-paced working environment
