As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, assessing their needs, and providing them with the best possible service.
Full Time / M-F
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and assess their needs
- Communicate with customers about their vehicle's issues and provide recommendations for repairs
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided
- Work closely with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs
