We Offer Manufacturing Associates :
Competitive starting pay rate up to $21.45 per hour and above, based on position
Full-time work with flexible shifts : 1st shift (6 am-2 pm) or 2nd shift (2 pm-10 pm)

Skills and Requirements we're looking for in candidates for Manufacturing Associate :
Prior experience in manufacturing, including any of these : shipping, production, assembly, welding, CNC, forklift operation, or quality control
Ability to lift and handle weights ranging from 35 to 75lbs
Successful completion of a drug screen ensuring a safe work environment
Strong work ethic with a pride in delivering high-quality results
Attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracy in tasks
Team player with excellent communication skills
Willingness to work overtime and weekends to maximize earning potential
