What are the responsibilities and job description for the Textile Machine Operator position at Workforce Unlimited?
- Creel the proper yarn in accordance with knitting cards and tie them in
- In case of a yarn change, remove the old yarn from the creel
- Keep cardboard and pallets out of the buffer yarn area
- Keep the area around the machine clean and safe to work in/practice good housekeeping
- Assist kni tters in keeping the machines running
- Each creeler will be assigned between 10 and 13 knitting machines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.10 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
