We're seeking a strategic leader with a bias for action to drive the growth and adoption of our Workhuman Cloud products and features. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that maximize product success and drive value for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of marketers in creating compelling messaging and positioning to communicate the value and differentiation of Workhuman's products to target audiences.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for the Workhuman product line, including communicating innovations in HR technology to the market and contributing to our mission of making the workplace more human for everyone.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather customer insights, identify pain points, and influence the product roadmap and prioritization.
What You'll Bring:
- 10 years of experience in product and/or product marketing, preferably within Human Resource focused B2B technology or enterprise cloud software solutions.
- Strong background in creating compelling product messaging and differentiation that resonates with target audiences and aligns with the overall brand strategy.
Achievements:
- Successfully led, built, and scaled high-performing marketing teams.
- Achieved measurable success in developing and executing integrated marketing plans to support product launches and expansion efforts, driving customer billings and generating new pipeline growth.
