We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Program Management (agile/scrum) to lead and oversee IT programs and initiatives with a strong focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies. Qualifications:
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a track record of leading Agile transformations.
- Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
- Project management certifications such as PMP or PgMP (preferred).
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience in IT infrastructure, software development, or digital transformation projects.

- Define, plan, and manage the successful execution of complex IT programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the coordination of multiple Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Agile and Scrum Methodology
- Champion the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile and Scrum methodologies across the IT teams and the enterprise to produce scalable solutions, that deliver immediate value to a minimum viable product and can evolve over time.
- Serve as an Agile coach and mentor, fostering a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and innovation.
- Ensure consistent application of Agile practices such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business leaders, product owners, and other stakeholders to define program objectives and deliverables.
- Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment on priorities.
Team Leadership and Development
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing program management team.
