Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year (4) university or six (6) years of Human Resources experience.
- Three (3) or more years of Talent Acquisition or Talent Management Operations experience.
- One (1) or more years of experience implementing or improving Talent systems.
- One (1) or more years of experience leveraging HR data and leading critical projects.
- Technical capabilities: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, applicant tracking systems and database systems.
