Rockville Soccer Club is seeking a passionate and committed Youth Soccer Coach to join our growing program in Rockville and Frederick, MD. We are a diverse, community-based club focused on player development, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor youth players (ages U8–U16).
- Plan and conduct 2–3 weekly training sessions and manage weekend games.
- Provide a positive, inclusive, and competitive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club staff.
- Uphold the club’s values and mission.
- Previous coaching experience (youth level preferred).
- USSF Grassroots License or higher.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Passion for player development and teamwork.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Experience with diverse communities.
