Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with leasing policies
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or related field
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for property management
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to property management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
