What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Laborer position at WorkLink Staffing?
Production Laborer
- Location: Hastings, Pa
- Pay Rate: $13.75-$14.00/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm with 30-minute unpaid lunch

What will you be doing? Perform all production department operation procedures to include safe and efficient operation of all equipment and machinery, product assembly, material handling and packaging of products.
- Adhere to all quality standards and manufacturing specifications
- Ability to work in a team environment and get along well with others

- Respond promptly to all communications

What are the Job Requirements?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform basic math functions, keep consistent production counts.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. continuously and up to 60 lbs. occasionally
- Must be capable of maintaining the pace/production rate of fellow team members
- Attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to work overtime when necessary
- Possess attributes of dependability and punctuality Experience with Children & Youth Protection and Case Management processes and related requirements
