Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to help drive business growth and build strong relationships with clients in the industrial construction market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive leads and brand awareness.
- Develop and implement lead generation programs to attract and nurture qualified leads.
- Ability to contact businesses in the area for market growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets for growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless communication with clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.

- Manage social media, website content, and digital marketing efforts.
