Workman Transportation is currently seeking experienced, reliable, and safety-oriented Motor Coach Operators to join our growing team! If you have a passion for driving and providing exceptional customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Motor Coach Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our passengers travel safely and comfortably while enjoying a top-notch transportation experience. We are looking for drivers to operate both Local daily charters and Over-The-Road (OTR) charters.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate motor coaches for local daily charters and OTR charters
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers
- Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs and documentation
- Communicate with Management, as needed, to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A or B license with Passenger endorsement
- At least 3 years of experience as a professional motor coach operator
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be punctual, reliable, and maintain a strong commitment to safety
