We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Keying Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the payroll department, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, including analyzing and processing short shipment/RMA chargebacks from customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing chargeback data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Processing cash applications and collections in a timely manner
- Collaborating with account analysts to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in chargeback management or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
