Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruiting services that meet client staffing needs across various professional sectors, including finance, marketing, HR, customer service, healthcare, and management roles. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging top talent while managing relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates and contractors
- Deliver results in a metrics-driven environment, ensuring high-performance standards are met
- Continuously network and pipeline to identify top-tier candidates
- Engage in frequent contractor interactions and relationship-building
- Oversee the full life-cycle of staffing processes, from sourcing to placement
- Manage time, tasks, and priorities effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor intelligence
- Employ creative sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience
- 1-2 years of experience in MSP recruiting
- Proven ability to manage and nurture client and candidate relationships effectively
- Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Self-motivated, flexible, and a proactive team player
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of financial and healthcare staffing is preferred
- Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, or Resume Library
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or JobDiva is a plus
- Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSP) or Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
- Strong understanding of financial institutions and technology organizations
