Summary
As a Care Coach at Workplace Care, you will play a vital role in providing spiritual care and support to employees in various organizations. This position is essential for promoting well-being and addressing the emotional and spiritual needs of individuals within the workplace.
Responsibilities
- Deliver spiritual care through counseling, crisis intervention, and support services.
- Provide guidance during times of crisis or personal distress for employees.
- Maintain confidentiality while addressing sensitive issues within the workplace.
- Educate employees about available resources for spiritual and emotional support.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in public speaking or leading workshops.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide others effectively.
- Proven crisis intervention skills with experience in managing difficult situations.
- Familiarity with conflict management strategies is essential.
- Experience in hospice care or similar supportive roles is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and reporting.
