What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strategic Partnerships Managers position at Workplace Psychological Safety Act?
Strategic Partnerships managers work with the Strategic Partnership Director on national coalition-building with like-minded organizations — groups advancing rights in labor, identity, and related topics — to expand the reach of End Workplace Abuse and collaborate with organizations on projects, including pushing for the passage of legislation.
Responsibilities:
Mobilizes potential like-minded organizations by spreading awareness, obtaining formal organizational endorsements, and urging organizational leaders to testify at public hearings, submit written testimony, and share testimony information with their bases.
Identifies specific aspects of mutual benefit for collaboration or cooperation.
Maintains relationships with strategic affiliations and updates contacts and correspondences in Hubspot.
Experience:
At least one year of experience with developing organizational partnerships.
