Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage design projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with designers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Maintain project schedules and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in the preparation of design presentations and proposals.
• Review and proofread design materials for accuracy and quality.
• Manage design assets and maintain an organized digital library.
• Provide administrative support to the design team as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience in a design coordination or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as BlueBeam or AutoCAD.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
• Sales Experience preferred but not required.
• Should have the ability to create relationships.
• 10% or less travel time in the future.
Salary : $55 - $64
