Job Description: People & Culture Initiatives Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex P&C projects as well as the administration of ongoing programs that support employees through the full employee life cycle.
- Coordinate program and project delivery, including project management, communication, change management, and program evaluation activities.
- Research information and prepare detailed written project and program reports and documentation.
- Liaise with staff and management as well as other internal and external subject matter experts, initiate and maintain contacts with internal and external program partners, and develop and facilitate presentations to employee groups.
