Job Description
As a Manager, Stakeholder Research and Insights, you'll lead the design, execution, and analysis of complex qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to understand stakeholder perceptions and needs. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and leadership to uncover themes and provide actionable recommendations from a wide range of research that supports WorkSafeBC's mission and strategic goals.
You'll act in a consultancy capacity to internal clients to apply your expertise across a broad range of research methodologies to help shape programs, enhance stakeholder engagement, and improve outreach and marketing communication strategies.
