As a Senior Market Research Lead, you will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and leadership to uncover themes and provide actionable recommendations that support our mission and strategic goals.

You will design, execute, and analyze complex qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to understand stakeholder perceptions and needs. You will synthesize findings from multiple studies to maximize the relevance and impact of your recommendations to executive leadership. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively share your research findings and recommendations with our clients.
Your Background and Experience
A bachelor's degree in research, social science, marketing, or a related field is required. You must have at least 8 years of market research experience, including 5 years in a progressive management role. You should possess strong expertise in survey design, stakeholder research, data analysis, and performance measurement.
