Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in research, social science, marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of market research experience, including 5 years in a progressive management role, is required. Strong expertise in survey design, stakeholder research, data analysis, and performance measurement is essential. Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills are necessary to translate research into actionable business strategies.
