What You’ll Do:
● Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving
issues.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and
project execution.
● Manage and analyze client accounts using Front (experience with CRM and
Customer Support tools is a plus).
● Communicate effectively to nurture long-term client relationships.
● Use client feedback to suggest improvements in our services.
Requirements:
● 2 years of customer relationship management experience.
● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Proactive problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
● Must enjoy working in a team and taking initiative.
