The Customer Admin Assistant job includes:
Greeting customers and answering the phone; assisting in basic accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
Asks questions to identify customer wants and needs.
Some knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and workplace terminology.
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Some knowledge of, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
