Required:
* Valid Driver's license, access to reliable transportation, with proof of current auto insurance
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Pre-employment background check
* Prioritize multiple projects and duties efficiently within required timelines
* Handle sensitive organizational, team member and participant information with discretion and integrity
* Proficient in executing data entry tasks and word processing
* Collaborate effectively
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
* Knowledge of office procedures, machines and processes
* Maintain professionalism in high pressure crisis situations
Summary:
* Will be responsible for predominately handling application processing, while also assigning with additional tasks as necessary to support the team's operational requirements on a daily basis.
* Advocate on behalf of participants with utilities and vendors.
Duties Include:
* Maintain regular and punctual attendance
* Maintain confidentiality
* Maintain awareness of program eligibility requirements/guidelines
* Uphold compliance with program guidelines/requirements
* Advocate for program participants
* Maintain skill to effectively deescalate callers, visitor, applicants, program participants, community partners and/or team members
* Assess and communicate services in plain language
* Attend all team meetings/events/trainings
* Maintain a clean and safe environment
* Maintain office supplies and equipment
* Travel to various locations
* Effective delivery of basic messaging
* Ensure Resource Hub is covered during lobby hours
* Help with outreach events
* Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers
* Answer phones, call back voicemails, distribute faxes and emails
* Provide accurate information and referrals
* Provide general office support
* Accurate review of application forms received
* Schedule appointments for team members
* Assist with special events/programs
