A little about us.
We have been a staple in the heart of downtown McMinnville for over 24 years. It was started as a training ground for adults with developmental disabilities. It has been run as a for profit business since August of 2020. In 2022 catering was added with a mobile unit that is a converted horse trailer. Now we have 3 mobile units and have several self serve units for catering. The catering side of the business has grown very fast and we need help to continue to grow it and improve our catering services
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and social skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current Food handler's card
- 1 year of Food / Retail service management experience

Job Duties:
Communicate with customers about catering services offered
Onboard people interested in getting ice cream catering for their events
Coordinate with customers, staff and drivers on scheduled caterings
Prep carts for next event
Ordering product for events
Scheduling staff and drivers for events
Interacting with the public as a face for the catering side of the business
Working some events serving ice cream
Marketing the events side of the business and increasing the customer base
Hours and Wages:
Start at around 20 hours a week to learn about the business and position
As we get closer to the busy season (May through August) the hours will increase and so will the responsibilities
Starting wage is minimum $14.70 plus tips, but wages will increase as responsibilities increase
Salary : $15
