JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for various Human Resources functions. This includes a variety of responsibilities such as : record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry, miscellaneous administrative functions, leave tracking, benefits administration, staffing, retention and recruitment, compensation analysis, performance management, workplace safety compliance, and employee leave administration. Participates in employee relations activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role
