We are currently seeking a Night Shift Specimen Processing Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 20 staff members and coordinate pre-analytic operations in partnership with the Pre-Analytics Manager. Key responsibilities include : Staff Supervision : Determine optimal FTEs within the division, recommending changes to the Pre-Analytical Manager Manages performance and provides coaching for leader development and success Manage the monthly schedule for the division Assist in the mentorship and development of personnel in the division Manage and approve timecards for personnel within the division Maintain compliance with all corporate policies, protocols and procedures Maintain Interpath\'s corporate culture and commitment to quality Understands and adhere HIPAA policies, procedures and regulations to assure patient confidentiality Quality Assurance and Compliance : Oversee preparation for inspections and accreditation processes within the division Where assigned, oversee all process improvement projects in the division Work with leads to ensure initial, 6-month and annual training and competency is completed and documented
