REQUIREMENTS
- Personal Class C Driver's License
- 1 Year Hand Tools & Small Parts Handling: Comfortable using a wide range of hand and power tools for precise assembly, repair, and maintenance.
- 1 Year Handling and assembling small, delicate components with accuracy.
- 6 months Electrical wiring experience
- Customer Service & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to customers and colleagues. Comfortable responding to service calls, troubleshooting issues on-site, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Independent & Team-Oriented Work Ethic: Must be open to receiving and applying constructive feedback.
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking
- Willingness to Travel (Domestic & International): Must be open to travel within the U.S. and internationally as needed, potentially on short notice, to perform installations, repairs, or service calls.

PREFERENCES
- 1 Year Electrical & Mechanical Assembly Experience: Prior experience with wiring, circuit boards, harness assembly, pneumatics, or mechanical sub-assemblies
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
JOB DUTIES
- Machine Assembly & Disassembly: Accurately assemble, disassemble, and refurbish machine components and units using a variety of hand and power tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, and torque tools. Ensure proper alignment, fit, and function of all parts.
- On-Site Troubleshooting & Repairs: Travel to customer facilities to diagnose, repair, and maintain previously purchased units. Identify mechanical and electrical issues, replace defective components, and perform necessary adjustments to restore equipment functionality.
- Installation & Maintenance of Packaging Machinery: Install, calibrate, and test packaging machinery at client locations. Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to improve efficiency and extend equipment lifespan.
- Service Calls & Vehicle Operation: Drive a company-provided vehicle to client sites for service calls. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach while representing the company on-site. Ensure proper handling and transport of tools and equipment.
- Shop Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day activities in the shop, including inventory management, tool maintenance, and workflow organization to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.
- - Repair & Rebuild Scheduling & Oversight: Plan, schedule, and oversee repair and rebuild projects both in the shop and at customer locations. Coordinate with customers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work while maintaining high-quality standards.

Mon-Fri, 7:00am - 3:30pm

$21/hr
