WorkSpace Interiors is looking for a high energy, engaged, entrepreneurial sales professional to live, work and thrive in the Knoxville region, a family-friendly, affordable, high-quality standard of living with various outdoor activities.
This position is a role for an experienced and proven salesperson that has strong presentation skills and relationship building. You will be working with new and existing clients to provide them the right services and solutions to meet their workplace needs from integrating furniture to technology and architectural systems. You will be responsible for growth within a highly competitive environment by managing and growing customer accounts and forge positive relationships with community partners to senior level executives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in consultative and strategic sales is preferred; furniture industry is a plus
- 4-year degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Self-motivated and ability to prioritize and manage workflow
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both independently and within team environment
- Superb interpersonal communication skills
- Well-organized with a knack for time management
- Ability to manage various complexities on the job
- Self-motivated and ability to prioritize and manage workflow and efficiently multi-task projects
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must maintain a positive attitude, professionalism, integrity, motivation, and a strong work ethic

Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
