Job Description:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Oracle Cloud SCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud SCM and experience in implementing and customizing solutions for various clients.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze Business Requirements: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and Customize: Implement and customize Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Supplier Management.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Cloud SCM with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and E-commerce platforms.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of the implemented solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and business processes.
- User Training and Support: Provide training sessions for end-users and offer ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation, including process flows, user guides, and functional specifications.
- Project Management: Assist in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud SCM Consultant.
- Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in SCM Cloud is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud SCM modules, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
