About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Architect to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a Workday expert, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure Workday HCM and/or Financials modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
- Develop and maintain system architecture for scalability and performance
- Manage data migration, integrations, and customizations to streamline processes
- Provide second-level support and troubleshoot issues
- Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with Workday best practices
- Create and customize reports and dashboards to meet business requirements
- Facilitate training sessions and support end-user adoption
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with Workday in a system administration or support role
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Financials modules
- Proven experience with system configuration
