Currently, we have a Legal Intake Specialist opportunity for a well-established Personal Injury Law Firm. The Legal Assistant is responsible for handling initial calls from prospective clients.
Your specific duties will include :
- Creating a positive and professional first impression on behalf of the firm.
- Answering and screening calls and emails from prospective clients.
- Assisting prospective clients by collecting information, answering questions, and relaying messages.
- Scheduling appointments and assisting clients with electronic signatures.
- Creating accurate and detailed intake summaries.
- Inputting key client and intake data into the firm's database.
- Collaborating with dedicated attorneys and management to ensure a best-in-class client experience.
Specific qualifications for the position include :
Pay Rate Range : $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
